1. About these terms
This website is operated by Rizon Car Dealer, 12 Parramatta Road, Sydney NSW 2000. By browsing the site, using the calculators, or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
2. Vehicle listings
We take care to describe every vehicle accurately, including its year, kilometres, features and condition. Even so, listings are prepared by people and mistakes are possible. Photographs are of the actual vehicle unless stated otherwise, and colours can look different between screens.
A listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell. Availability and price are confirmed only when we confirm them with you directly. Vehicles can sell quickly, and a car shown on the site may already be under offer.
We encourage you to inspect any vehicle in person, or arrange your own independent inspection, before you commit to buy.
3. Pricing
Prices shown are in Australian dollars. Unless a listing says otherwise, the price shown does not include government charges such as stamp duty, registration transfer or compulsory third party insurance. We will set out the full drive-away figure in writing before you commit.
If a price is displayed incorrectly because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will tell you as soon as we notice and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or walk away.
4. Finance calculators and weekly estimates
The finance calculator and the weekly repayment figures shown next to vehicles are estimates only. They are a guide to help you compare cars, not a finance offer, a quote, or an approval.
Real repayments depend on the lender, your circumstances, the term, any fees, and the interest rate you are actually approved for. Nothing on this website is financial advice or a credit recommendation. Speak to us or to a licensed credit provider before making a decision.
5. Enquiries and trade-in forms
The enquiry and trade-in forms on this site open your own email or messaging app. Nothing you type is stored on this website. What you send us is covered by our Privacy Policy.
A trade-in figure we give you based on the details you supply is an indication. It is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle and to the information you gave us being accurate.
6. Your obligations
When you use this site you agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful purpose, or to send us false or misleading information;
- copy, scrape, republish or resell our listings, photographs or written content;
- attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or the servers it runs on;
- use automated tools to harvest data or contact details from the site.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text, photographs and layout of this website belong to Rizon Car Dealer or to the parties who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal use in evaluating a vehicle. Any other use needs our written permission.
8. Third-party links and content
This site links to other websites and embeds third-party services, including map and messaging tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site running and up to date, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
10. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Motor dealers are also subject to state-based licensing and statutory warranty rules that vary depending on where the vehicle is sold and its age and kilometres. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what applies to the car you are looking at.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian state or territory in which we trade, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state or territory.
